platform, you agree to these conditions. If you do not accept them, discontinue use

Minthralove provides content monetization infrastructure for publishers, including affiliate
program integration, sponsored research partnerships, display advertising management,
and premium subscription support. We facilitate connections between content creators and
financial service partners. We do not provide investment advice, portfolio management,
or financial planning services.

User Obligations
Responsibilities
You must provide accurate information when registering for services. Publishers are
responsible for maintaining editorial standards and ensuring all affiliate disclosures
comply with applicable advertising regulations. You may not use our platform for
fraudulent activities, unauthorized data harvesting, or content that violates
intellectual property rights. Account credentials must be kept secure and not shared
with unauthorized parties.

Partner Relationships
Partnerships
Affiliate partnerships, sponsored research arrangements, and advertising placements are
governed by separate agreements between publishers and respective partners. Minthralove
facilitates introductions and provides technical infrastructure but is not a party to
individual publisher-partner contracts. Commission rates, payment terms, and content
requirements are set by partners and communicated transparently before engagement.
Commissions and revenue shares are processed monthly for amounts exceeding the minimum
threshold. Payment schedules include a standard validation period for partner
confirmation of valid conversions. We are not responsible for payment delays caused by
partner network processing, banking institutions, or incorrect payment details provided
by publishers.

Intellectual Property
Ownership
All platform content, software, and branding remain the property of Minthralove. Publishers
retain ownership of their original content. By using our services, you grant us a
limited license to display, transmit, and process your content solely for the purpose of
delivering monetization infrastructure. This license terminates upon account closure
except where required for legal or audit purposes.

Limitation of Liability
Liability
Minthralove is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from
platform use, partner disputes, or revenue fluctuations. We do not guarantee specific
income levels, partnership availability, or uninterrupted service. Past performance of
any publisher or partner does not predict future results. You acknowledge that content
monetization involves market risks beyond our control.
Either party may terminate the service relationship with thirty days written notice. We
reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts immediately for violations of these
terms, fraudulent activity, or regulatory non-compliance. Upon termination, pending
commissions will be processed according to standard payment schedules subject to partner
validation requirements.
These terms are governed by the laws of Malaysia. Disputes shall be resolved in the
courts of Malaysia. You agree that Malaysian law applies regardless of your location or
the jurisdiction where you access our services. Any claims must be brought within one
year of the event giving rise to the dispute.
